The Cyberimpact SMTP Relay service is offered as a monthly plan including a set number of emails per billing period. This article explains how to choose the right plan, how billing works, and where to find your billing information.

How it works
- Each plan includes a maximum number of emails that can be sent during the current billing period. The quota is automatically reset at the start of each new period.
- The SMTP Relay billing period follows the same dates as your Cyberimpact email marketing plan. The renewal date is visible in the quota bar at the top of the SMTP section.
- Volume is calculated per recipient: an email sent to 10 recipients counts as 10 sends toward your quota.
- If your quota is reached before the end of the period, new mailings are blocked until renewal or until a higher plan is selected.
Changing your plan
You can change your plan at any time from the Pricing tab. Plan change requests are processed manually by our team. A member of our team will contact you to confirm the change. Refer to the article How to change your SMTP plan for detailed steps.
Tips and tricks
Which plan should I choose?
Start by estimating your average monthly sending volume. The free plan at 1,000 emails is ideal for discovering the service or for very low volumes — no credit card required. If you anticipate growth, choose a plan slightly above your usual volume to avoid reaching the quota mid-period.
Where can I see my billing information?
The Pricing tab displays your current plan and the available plans. Your monthly quota and renewal date are visible in the bar at the top of all pages in the SMTP section.
