Laylah is a practice management platform (CRM) designed for independent financial advisors and their teams in Canada. It centralizes client data, organizes work by case, and builds compliance into daily operations. Thanks to the integration between Laylah and Cyberimpact, your contacts stay up to date automatically across both platforms, with no manual transfer. All with data hosted in Canada.
Before you start
- What you need to know beforehand:
- Plan required: you must have a Cyberimpact Plus or Pro plan, since the integration uses the API token and custom fields.
- Permissions required: you must be an administrator of your Cyberimpact account to generate the API token.
- Custom fields: set up custom fields in Cyberimpact to receive Laylah's data (labels, status, assigned people). You will map them during configuration.
How it works
The integration is configured on the Laylah side using an API token generated in Cyberimpact. Once the connection is established, Laylah automatically sends your contacts to the Cyberimpact group you selected, then keeps them up to date on a recurring basis. No manual action is required afterward.
In addition to your contacts' basic information, the integration can sync Laylah's tags into the Cyberimpact custom fields of your choice:
- Labels
- Status
- Assigned
How to connect your account to Laylah
The connector is configured from your Laylah account. To connect your Laylah account to Cyberimpact:
- Generate an API token in your Cyberimpact account (you must be an account administrator). Learn how to create your token >

- In Laylah, go to the Data menu, then Integrations.
- Click + Add an integration and search for Cyberimpact.
- Click Configure, then paste the API token created in Cyberimpact.
- Select the destination Cyberimpact group(s).
- Map your custom fields to Laylah's data (Labels, Status, Assigned).
- Click Submit.
Laylah validates the token and confirms the connection.
