What happens after cancellation

Your mailings
Mailings via the SMTP Relay will be blocked from the end of your current billing period or your requested end date. Your other Cyberimpact services (email marketing, etc.) are not affected.

Your SMTP domains and users
Your configured SMTP domains and users are retained in your account. You cannot add new ones, but you can delete existing ones if you wish. If you reactivate the service later, you will be able to reuse your existing configuration without having to reconfigure everything.

Your activity history
Your mailing history remains accessible in the Activity tab for the last 30 days of activity.

The SMTP section
The SMTP section remains visible in your account with your historical data. You will be able to view your activity history and configuration, but mailings will be blocked.

Want to reactivate the service?

If you wish to reactivate the service after cancellation, simply submit a new plan request from the Pricing tab in the SMTP section or contact our team via the chat bubble at the bottom right of your account. Your previously configured SMTP domains and users can be reused immediately upon reactivation.

Tips and tricks

Leaving temporarily?
If you need to pause your mailings temporarily rather than cancelling the service entirely, know that your configuration (domains, SMTP users) will be retained upon cancellation and can be reused upon reactivation. Contact our team to discuss your options.

Remember to update your applications
Before cancelling the service, make sure to update the SMTP configuration in all your applications to avoid mailing errors.
