Connect Libro to your Cyberimpact account

Libro

Libro is a guest engagement platform that delivers the digital tools you need to manage tables, engage diners, streamline front of house operations, and reach new customers in one easy-to-use system. By connecting your Cyberimpact account to your Libro account, the email addresses and information of people making online reservations will be automatically imported. This integration simplifies the management of your contacts and ensures continuous updating without manual intervention, allowing you to concentrate on other aspects of your business.

Before you start

  • You need a Premium plan on the Libro platform to access synchronization via their API
  • For Cyberimpact, you need a plan Plus ou Pro, in order to generate the API token needed to establish the connection.
  • The integration requires the use of the first five custom fields in your Cyberimpact account. If you have already created custom fields in your Cyberimpact account, please contact our support team before finalizing the connection with Libro.

How it works

As soon as the connection is established, all the contacts in your Libro contact list will be automatically synchronized with your Cyberimpact account. After the initial synchronization, each time a contact makes a reservation via Libro, they will be automatically added or updated in your Cyberimpact account. This ensures that your contact list always remains up to date and consistent between the two platforms.

Here is the information that will be imported with your contacts: 

  • Email
  • First name and last name
  • Language
  • Date of birth (if available)
  • Phone number (custom text field)
  • Number of visits (custom integer field)
  • Number of cancellations (custom integer field)
  • (nb) No show (custom integer field)
  • Last reservation date (custom date field)
  • Contact consent source: API - Mixed list, with consent date (expires 6 months after consent date)

How to

To connect your Libro account to Cyberimpact: 

  1. Contact our support team to prepare your account to receive information from the Libro integration.
  2. Generate an API token in your Cyberimpact account (you must have account administrator privileges). You'll then need to share it with the Libro team, following their instructions. Learn how to create your token > 
  3. Contact the Libro support team to request access to Cyberimpact integration. 

And that's it! Your Libro database will then be automatically connected to your Cyberimpact account.
