Connect Glowtify to your Cyberimpact account

Glowtify is a content marketing tool that lets you create and schedule your newsletters, then send them directly through your Cyberimpact account. Once connected, Glowtify uses your account as the sending platform: your emails are sent to your Cyberimpact groups, at the date and time you schedule, in the language you choose (French or English).

Unlike other connectors, Glowtify does not import contacts into your account. It relies on the groups you already have.

Before you begin

  • On the Cyberimpact side, you need a Plus or Pro plan in order to generate the API token required to establish the connection.

  • The Glowtify connector is available to everyone. You will need:

    • A Cyberimpact account with at least one active group
    • An API token generated in your Cyberimpact account
    • A validated sender address in your Cyberimpact account

How it works

Here's how a send unfolds:

  • You compose and schedule your email in Glowtify.
  • At the scheduled time, based on the time zone set in your Cyberimpact account settings, the send is handled by Cyberimpact to the selected group(s).
  • You can cancel a scheduled send from Glowtify as long as it has not yet been sent.

  • Bilingual considerations

    • Choose the send language (French or English) in Glowtify.
    • Language segmentation is managed in your Cyberimpact groups.

How to

To connect your Glowtify account to Cyberimpact: 

  1. The connector is set up from your Glowtify account. Glowtify | Cyberimpact connector
  2. Generate an API token in your Cyberimpact account (you must be an account administrator). Learn how to create your token > 
  3. In Glowtify, on the Connectors page, click « Connect Cyberimpact ».
  4. Paste your API token.
  5. Glowtify validates the token and confirms the connection.
