Connect Centralio to your Cyberimpact account

Centralio is a platform that lets you manage your quotes and sales. By connecting your Centralio account to your Cyberimpact account, your contacts are automatically synchronized so you can use them in your email marketing campaigns and automations. This integration simplifies contact management and ensures continuous updating, with no manual intervention.

Before you start

• The Centralio connector is available to everyone.
• For Cyberimpact, you need a plan Plus ou Pro, in order to generate the API token needed to establish the connection.

How it works

Once the connection is established, contact synchronization is triggered automatically in the following situations:

• When a submission is accepted
• When a direct sale is made

With each of these triggers, the contact is added to your Cyberimpact account (or updated if it already exists) in the group you selected during setup.

How to

To connect your Centralio account to Cyberimpact: 

1. The connector is set up from your Centralio account. For more details on the setup on the Centralio side, see their documentation: Centralio - Cyberimpact Connector
2. Generate an API token in your Cyberimpact account (you must have account administrator privileges). Learn how to create your token > 
3. Retrieve your group IDs in Cyberimpact. These identifiers are required to synchronize your contacts with the correct list.
4. Custom field synchronization:
   The connector also lets you synchronize custom fields between Centralio and Cyberimpact.
   
   For each field available in Centralio, you can select the corresponding custom field in your Cyberimpact account to ensure data is transferred correctly. 
   
   This setup lets you segment your contacts more effectively and personalize your marketing campaigns based on the information collected in Centralio.
