What to do if your attachment is refused
If your message is refused with an error related to the attachment:
- Verify that the file extension appears in the list of allowed formats above
- Make sure the file content matches its extension — avoid renaming a file to change its format
- Check that the total message size does not exceed 20 MB
- If the problem persists, consider sharing the file via a download link rather than as an attachment
