Reservit is a comprehensive hotel management solution that allows you to centralize all your property's information. The integration between Reservit and Cyberimpact simplifies your daily operations while strengthening customer loyalty. Optimize their experience by sending personalized communications and promotions for your properties (hotels, campsites, cottages, etc.).
Before you start
What you need to know beforehand:
- Plan required : To use the integration, you must have a PRO plan with Cyberimpact, as a minimum of 21 custom fields are required for information synchronization.
- Contract required : A contract with Reservit must be signed in advance, and an annual fee of $200 must be paid to Reservit for the file deposit activation.
- To activate file deposits, you need to contact the Reservit team by sending an email to marketing@reservit.ca.
How it works
The connection between Cyberimpact and Reservit enables daily synchronization of data from the last 24 hours. Every time a new reservation (for accommodation and/or activities, RSL) is made in Reservit, or an existing reservation is modified or canceled, the relevant information (name, first name, email, etc.) is automatically added or updated in your Cyberimpact account.
This synchronization ensures consistency between your two tools and allows you to effectively target your marketing campaigns.
Initial synchronization
Upon the first activation, Reservit sends an initial file containing all upcoming reservations. From then on, only reservations created, modified, or canceled after that date will be sent to Cyberimpact. Reservations prior to activation are not included and must be manually imported using an initialization file.
Automatic updates
The synchronization of your reservation data with Cyberimpact occurs daily between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m. New reservations, as well as modifications made to existing reservations within the last 24 hours, are imported into your Cyberimpact account.
Consent for synchronized contacts
When a client makes a reservation on Reservit, they implicitly consent to receive communications. A tacit consent is recorded with the source "API - Active Client ", valid for 24 months.
However, if the contact already has express consent recorded by Cyberimpact (for example, a subscription via a form with double opt-in, a click on a consent link, etc.), that consent will be retained. The tacit consent from the reservation will not replace the previous express consent.
- The consent date corresponds to the date we received the reservation.
- The proof of consent is the "bkgnum," which is the unique reservation identifier.

How to connect your account
To connect your Reservit account to your Cyberimpact account:
- Contact Reservit at the following email address marketing@reservit.ca to sign the contract and activate the file deposit.
- Once this has been completed, Reservit will send us a confirmation.
- Our team will confirm once the configuration is complete.
