How to close your Cyberimpact account

Do you really wish to close your account or simply cease monthly invoice temporarily?

If you planned a temporary inactive period and simply want to cease monthly invoices, we instead recommend you read this article : How to stop monthly fees. This article will inform you on the steps necessary to stop invoicing temporarily. Reducing your contacts and opting for the free plan during your inactivity period will allow you to keep your templates, unsubscription and incorrect addresses along with previous mailings and their statistics. Starting mailings again will then be easier and faster as opposed to starting from scratch with a new account. All you’ll need to do is import your contacts again.

If, however, you wish to go forward and close your account, it’s possible to do so by sending your request by email at support@cyberimpact.com and we’ll get in touch with you to finalize your request. You have to allow a 24 to 48 business hours delay for us to process your request. In your request, please include:

If ever you request to deactivate your Cyberimpact account, take notice that Cyberimpact is not obligated to conserve your data for more than 60 days once the deactivation is in effect. Cyberimpact reserves the right to refuse the reactivation of an account and does not assume responsibility for any direct or indirect damages that could result from the destruction of your data.
