Cyberimpact allows you to easily add an Axeptio consent banner to your landing pages. This integration helps you comply with Law 25 and offer real choices to your visitors regarding the use of cookies.
Before you begin
Before integrating an Axeptio banner into Cyberimpact, it’s important to know that:
- The default banners (French and English) are generic.
- They do not automatically update based on the cookies used on your landing pages.
- You are responsible for verifying and customizing the list of cookies in your Axeptio account to ensure it accurately reflects the cookies present on your page.
To learn how to customize your banner and manage the full list of cookies, see the section Banner customization.
Two ways to integrate an Axeptio banner
In Cyberimpact’s landing page editor, you can choose between two options:
Create a new Axeptio project
Note: You must be an administrator of your Cyberimpact account to create a new Axeptio project.
- Click Get started for free.
- Enter the email address you wish to use for your registration.
- An Axeptio project containing ready-to-use banner templates (one in French and one in English) is created automatically.
You’ll receive an invitation by email giving you access to this project. - You can use these banners immediately or customize them directly in your Axeptio account. However, make sure the list of cookies is properly aligned with your website by reviewing and adjusting it as needed.
- From your Axeptio dashboard, you can also add, edit, or delete your banners.
Use an existing Axeptio account
- Click Already have an Axeptio account?
- Enter your project information:
- Project ID (required) – How to find your Project ID:
a) Log in to your Axeptio admin panel.
b) Open the project for which you want to retrieve the ID.
c) At the bottom left of the sidebar, you’ll find your Project ID. You can copy it with a single click by selecting the icon next to the field.
- Cookie version (optional) – useful if you want to display a specific version of your banner

Key points to remember
- The Axeptio banner complies with Law 25 regarding cookie consent.
- The default banners (FR and EN) are already published and ready to use. They include the most common cookie providers, but we recommend reviewing and validating the list of cookies to ensure it accurately reflects your website.
- You can manage multiple banners (add, edit, delete) from your Axeptio account.
- Manual integration via Project ID allows you to reuse an existing Axeptio account.
- The free version is limited to 10,000 views per month.
Frequently asked questions
Why isn’t my banner displaying on my landing page?
Make sure the privacy banner toggle is turned on. If this toggle is deactivated, the banner will not be displayed.
Is the Axeptio banner mandatory?
No, it’s not mandatory in Cyberimpact, but it’s strongly recommended to comply with Law 25.
What happens if I exceed the 10,000 monthly views limit (free version)?
Once the limit is reached, views are calculated over a rolling 30-day period from the date the widget is published.
If you approach the limit of the free plan, you will receive several email notifications:
- When 80% of the monthly page views are reached
- When 100% of the limit is reached
- Warning: The widget will soon be unpublished
In the event of a significant overage, a personalized solution will be offered to you to prevent your banner from being deactivated
Can I customize the text and cookie list?
Yes. You can customize your banner’s text, style, and cookie list directly from your Axeptio account. By default, Cyberimpact provides a generic, ready-to-use template that you can use as is if you don’t wish to customize it. However, we strongly recommend verifying that the list of cookie providers fully covers all those used on your website.
Do the provided banners block all cookies on my site?
No. The Axeptio banner provided covers several common use cases, such as Google Fonts, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta (Facebook) Pixel.
If you add other tools or applications (for example, through an HTML block or third-party integrations), you must ensure that all cookies used on your page are listed in your Axeptio banner.
To help with this, Axeptio offers a feature called “Shake”, which scans your site and identifies the cookies in use.

Can I manage multiple languages?
Yes. Two banners (FR and EN) are included by default. You can add more languages in Axeptio if needed.
